    Fantastic modern, imaginative food, perfectly cooked and served with a smile. We live 20 minutes away, but will be returning regularly. I had gnocchi roulade with beetroot and hazelnuts, served with sautéed white cabbage. My husband had a delicious burger and chips, all cooked beautifully. Really lovely place.

    Good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The pub is modern with an interesting menu (some classics and some a bit different). I'd definitely go back.

    Great food and friendly staff. Rooms are good, and they provide free breakfast (again, great food).
    That being said, since it isn't a conventional hotel, booking system (proper receipts, changes to booking, etc) can cause some hassle if travelling on business.
